Local Farmers

Appointments must be scheduled in advance, no walk-ins.

  • Busy retail days or times are not good (ie - no Saturdays or holidays)

  • If we are not accepting appointments at that time, you can always drop of a Sell sheet and Sample with the MOD. We will get back to you after we have tried your sample and read your sell sheet. (just understand that the MOD probably only has 5 minutes to help you before getting back to production or customers)

Bring a sell sheet and sample

  • We do not make purchasing decisions without trying the product

  • The sell sheet should tell us what the farm is and what you do! EX - Red Devon, grass-fed beef, dry aged, etc

  • It might have prices, but that’s a price sheet - not a Sell sheet

  • Ground meat is not a good sample. We need to eat a loin or chop cut. This tells us - color, conformation, marbling, size, texture, smell and taste of both meat and fat.

  • If we like it, then we will ask about availability and pricing.

 

Producers & Other Artisans

Appointments must be scheduled in advance, no walk-ins.

  • For your appointment, have a sell sheet (product information sheet), price sheet and a sample. Appointments are generally 15 minutes.

If we are interested in your product, then we will ask for delivery, availability as well as any other pertinent information.
